A Hands-On Pottery Workshop Where Kids Learn Through Play
At Rámica, children discover what they can do with clay through hands-on activities: exploring shapes and textures and making their own creations.
A calm environment where they can focus on what they are making, ask questions, make mistakes and try again, without needing to produce a perfect piece.
Learning by Doing
Every class centres on working with clay: children take part, experiment and make their own pieces.
Creating in Their Own Way
Projects are tailored to different ages and levels of independence within the same group.
Enjoying the Process
The aim is to learn pottery techniques while enjoying a hands-on, creative activity without competition.
What Will Children Learn in Pottery Classes?
Hand-building, wheel-throwing and decorating through guided projects and activities tailored to children aged 7–14.
Exploring Clay and Hand-Building
They will handle clay and learn hand-building techniques to make their own shapes and pieces.
Discovering the Pottery Wheel
They will have a practical introduction to the pottery wheel suited to their age and the group’s level, without the expectation of mastering the technique in a single class.
Decorating and Personalising Their Pieces
They will experiment with reliefs, textures and decorative techniques. Glazing is not included.
What Can Children Make?
Projects They Can Shape with Their Own Hands
In class, children will work on projects tailored to their age and experience, combining hand-building and decoration.

No drawing skills or previous experience with clay are needed.
