RAVIT

The hands behind Rámica

ravit propietaria taller ceramica ramica madrid

My name is Ravit Zafrani. I’ve been working with ceramics since 2018, when I first sat down in front of a pottery wheel in a small Tel Aviv studio and I didn’t want to leave.

later I deepened my practice at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, where I studied pottery wheel, hand modeling, enamel chemistry and cooking techniques. Over the years I have worked as a teacher and director of studies, creating structured, personal and craft-centered learning environments.

I have lived in Madrid since 2023. Rámica is what I came here to build.

Classes in Rámica are taught in Spanish, English and Hebrew.

Pieces created in Rámica

Each piece begins with an idea, hands and a little mud.

Our story
Rámica
A space dedicated to high temperature ceramics, where the technique joins the calm and everyday objects make sense.

Rámica is the workshop I always dreamed of. It all started the first time I sat in front of a pottery wheel and felt at home.

Over time I understood that working with clay changes something in you. Slows you down. brings you to the present moment. Connect your hands, your mind and the material.

After eight years teaching and directing workshops, he was clear about what was missing: small groups, quality craftsmanship, real calm and a true community.
